Applications
Applications of Stainless Steel Shot
The Stainless Steel Shot is suitable for a wide range of surface treatment applications across various industries:
Surface Treatment of Die Castings and Castings:
Ideal for finishing aluminum and zinc die castings, cleaning aluminum sand castings, and removing oxide scale from high-alloy steel castings. It is also used on large parts like aluminum alloy engine blocks and other die-cast components.
Polishing and Surface Refinement:
Used for refined spray polishing of aluminum profiles to remove extrusion lines, as well as polishing copper and aluminum pipes. It also provides a refined finish on stainless steel containers and valves, and creates surface effects on artificial marble.
Industrial and Functional Applications:
Applied in cleaning cold casting tools and chromium-plated dies. It is also used for renovating supercharger pump covers, strengthening precision gears and springs in starters, and for general spray polishing of stainless steel containers.
Specific Component Finishing:
Suitable for cleaning and finishing automotive parts such as motorcycle engine boxes, cylinder heads, carburetors, fuel pump shells, intake pipes, and car locks. It is also used for surface finishing of low-pressure die-cast wheels before painting, as well as for copper, aluminum, and stainless steel stamping and investment casting parts.
