For most standard items, we can provide free samples, but you will be responsible for covering the shipping freight. For certain items, a sample fee + freight will be charged upfront, and the sample fee will be fully refunded once you place your formal bulk order. For customized samples, we will charge the sample production cost + shipping freight, and this fee is non-refundable.

For bulk orders: Approximately 20-30 working days after we receive your deposit. For standard product samples: Delivery within 5 working days.
