What is your MOQ and do you accept small order?
Yes, we accept small orders. Our minimum order quantity is 500PCS.
What about the cost of sample and sample time?
Free sample is available for routine mode, some special request will be charged, all advanced sample fees can be refunded after large order confirmed. Routine samples can be sent in 1~3 days.
If we are not satisfied with your product, what should we do?
All of our products are of good quality. If it's samples, we'd like to remake samples for you. If it's mass production, we'd like to replace the defect product.
Can I choose the package?
Yes, colorful gift box, blister card, poly bag or customized packing for your choice.
Which payment will you accept?
We accept all major payment types, including TT and Paypal. Usually there are 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance before shipment for formal order, and 100% payment for sample order.
