SY/T7084-2016 Cementing head is a kind of cementing tool developed according to standard SY/T7084-2016. Simple structure, easy to fix, especially the quick joint ensures convenient fixing onsite.

Structure

It consists of a top cap, body, manifold, stop pin, quick joint (containing locking ring), seal rubber ring, and indicator.

Installation Method

Take off the top cap of the cementing head, put the top and bottom cementing rubber plug into the cementing head, push both to the place of the stop pin, and screw the top cover.
Screw the quick joint to the top connecting collar with a tong.
Use a pneumatic hoist to hoist the cement head pipe body to the front and fast fitting joint, and use a pry bar to tighten the locking ring.
Fix the manifold and press the union ring.
Connect the cementing manifold.
Adjust the placement of the rubber plug indicator.
Shut off the top valve and middle valve, and screw in all the stop pins.
After the circulation, shut off the bottom valve, open the bottom stop pin, and open the middle valve to inject cement. Observe whether the plug indicator is up or not.
After the injection of cement, shut off the middle valve, open the top stop pin and top valve, inject water, push the top plug, and observe whether the indicator is up or not.
Build the pressure to the finish of the cementing well.
Pressure relief: unlink the quick union, unlink the quick joint with a tong, and smear oil to maintain.

Notice:

Make sure the thread is clean before screwing, and smear with sealing grease.
Pay attention to the sealing ring: smear grease, align, and screw slowly when fixing.
Tighten all connection parts to avoid leakage.
