Q What standards does your food carts trailers meet?
Our factory has rich exporting experience, knows all technical requirements for food carts and trailers, and is familiar with most countries' standards and special requirements. We do our best to make all food carts satisfy customers' requirements and help them pass inspection.
Q Can I place an OEM or ODM order?
Yes, OEM and ODM orders are welcome. Size, colors, equipment, benches, shelves, windows, logos, etc., can be customized according to the customer's own design with a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 1 unit.
Q What is your lead time or production time?
Usually, the lead time is 18 to 25 working days after the order is confirmed. It may vary slightly based on different models, quantities, and seasons. We will do our best to make it as quickly as possible. Shipping times to the customer's location will vary depending on different countries, ports, vessels, etc.
Q Can I have a confirmation sample before I order?
Actually, the size of a food cart is very large, so a sample is processed as a small order and should be shipped by sea. Small carts can be packed with a plywood box and shipped via a shared container (LCL). Large carts (longer than 280cm) must be shipped via a full container (FCL).
Q How do I buy? Or how should I place an order?
Please follow these steps:
1) We discuss requirements and confirm details;
2) We make a proforma invoice for you with product details and bank account information;
3) You pay a 50% deposit, then we produce the food trailer and take photos for you;
4) You pay the remaining balance after production is completed, and then we ship the food cart to you.
